Purpose:

Edge Industrial Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Specialists to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with a company focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties:

• Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform quality inspections and identify production issues as they arise.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support operational success.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Skill, Education, and Experience Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to the weekend schedule (Friday–Sunday).
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to pass a background check with a clean 7-year criminal history.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
