Meet Brian Stewart
Brian Stewart brings to EDGE Industrial Staffing a wealth of experience and expertise in the staffing industry. After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1995, Brian began working in 1996 as a recruiter for light industrial and skilled trade positions within manufacturing and distribution facilities. He quickly moved up within the Chicago market and moved to Indianapolis in 2003 in order to grow that market. Brian has repeatedly proven his capability as a 10-time Presidential/Ambassador Club winner for sales. Before making the move to start EDGE Industrial Staffing, Brian was promoted to Branch Manager and then to Director level positions. Brian has been married to his wife, Jamie, for 24 years, and they have two amazing daughters, Mckenzie and Annika. Outside of work, Brian enjoys exercising, running, and building things. Most of all, he loves to laugh and have fun. He enjoys meeting people, talking with them, and getting to know them, which is probably what makes him so good at matching up the right people to the right jobs.
Meet Rich Milliner
Rich Millner graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 1995 with a double major in accounting and finance. After working a few years with a regional CPA firm, Rich decided that he could make a bigger impact on people’s lives by working in the employment industry. He began his staffing career in 1997 and opened his own staffing agency in 2007. Today that agency, Milliner & Associates, is a successful staffing agency specializing in accounting, finance, administrative, and human resource staffing. In partnering with Brian to form EDGE, Rich saw an opportunity to provide quality staffing within the light industrial and skilled trades sector. Outside of work, Rich has served as a mentor for high-risk high school kids and is also a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Boone County. He has been married to his wife, Jen, for 24 years and have two wonderful children, Olivia and Connor. Rich enjoys anything related to sports, reading books on history, watching his favorite t.v. show, “How It’s Made,” and thinking about the day when he’ll be able to work full-time in his woodshop.
